X9331 Connector Issue with Windows

Hello!

Just did the channel swap and I'm having a big issue that I'm hoping someone can help with.

Ever since then, my windows will open when I open the car door as they're supposed to, however when I close the door, the windows don't go back up.

Is this controlled by the X9331 connector?

I disconnected the negative battery terminal to do the swap so is there a setting that I have to change?

Thanks in advance!

Anybody? What's happening with these windows?? What else goes through that connector? Has anyone else had issues after doing the channel swap? If you swap it all back, does the problem go away?

The windows might have to be reinitialized after pulling the battery. I think you press and hold the switch and keep holding it for a few (3-10)sec after it reaches the full travel. Do this for each window in each direction.

Sorry it's taken me a few days to respond...

I ended up doing the auto down/up on each window and it's back to normal now. Thanks for the help!
