Question for those who have installed the JCW Aero Kit themselves

For those who have installed the Aero Kit themselves...

There is a step for the rear aero kit installation that appears to have you remove the entire rear bumper and do something with the antenna, as shown here in the first box:



But i'm a little unclear why I need to do this. It also rolls into steps for attaching the exhaust tips, however I plan on welding different tips on, so I'm wondering if I can skip this step as well.

Anyone?

well, I have. But mine was for a Clubman. Probably different instructions than the R60, because I don't remember about an antenna (it was a while ago...). And I don't have PDC either :-)

It looks like you need to move the tpm antenna is all.

Yes, but I'm curious if its necessary if I don't intend to use the JCW pipes from the aero kit. I'm not even sure removing the bumper is necessary.
