i have an 05 r53 and i have upgrade to the h&R touring cup kit, well its coming off now because iv decided to put the car back to stock,

my question is wen i take the suspention off am i able to reuse the strut top bearing for my old suspention or do i have to get rid of the h&R set with it on or will the just come off? very confused and a newbee at this.

in a real rush to get this done someones buying my set by saturday and its wensday please help pictures are a plus too

 

You use the upper strut mount for your own suspension..the upper strut mount is not part of the cup kit. Did you install it yourself when you bought it?
