I want to purchase an aftermarket wheel/tire package for my 2010 MCSa. I originally wanted an OEM set. However, factory 17" wheel pricing is astronomical! Does anyone have suggestions for good quality brands or a certain wheel that they're particularly fond of? I want to spend around a $1,000-$1200 total, but I'll consider anything if it's close to that range.

 

Get a set of used oem. Usually you'll get a set for around that. Send to powdercoaters and ~$200 later, they'll look brand new. And I've had 4 set of wheels powdercoated, totaling 270k miles, none has failed.

 

I've been trying to, but there's not much available in my area, and shipping/handling with the powder coating pushes most used OEM sets out of budget.

 

I have a set of beat up OEMs I am willing to sell and a set of white OZ allegrittas.
