Front Small Overlap Crash test - How well do you think the Countryman will be able to perform the test?

Judging from the structural design of our car, and the materials used, do you think it will score high? Since they didn't perform the test on a countryman yet...

I'm not planning to get into one of those.

 

I looked into this when the test was first announced. It's easier to see the structure in some of the stripped-down ProDrive photos. There are two strong pieces sticking out the front. If my measurements match those used to set up the tests, the CM could do OK. I've got drawings around here somewhere...

Note that the strong parts that stick out from the firewall are within the 25% range and should help the CM perform well on that test. They certainly helped when Fenton met the Odyssey. The target is rounded on the part intruding most into the car, though, and it could bounce off the strong bits and push the tire and supports into the driver's side.
