Countryman Rail Wedges. You really won't find these anywhere! They are the (rubber?) pieces that split the rail into sections. Set of 3 $11.95 including shipping.

Countryman Rail Hooks / Hangers *not pictured". These attach to the rail on one side and create a hook on which you can hang stuff off of. Set of 4 $15.95 including shipping.
