remove door pull / door armrest?

is it possible to remove the interior door pull that the door armrest is attached to?

Yes, very much so. Just take a screwdriver to all the screws on the panel

so take out those three screws then the round/oval plastic trim piece that is over top of that will pop off?

i want to paint the silver door pull part black then put it all back together.

Yes, I believe so. It's been so long since I took the door apart. It isn't too difficult to do though.
