I've been pulling mine off to do some interior mods (Panel for Here-2-Anywhere Sirius reciever + 12V outlets), and I keep breaking off the plastic "grippers" that hold the **** onto the shaft. Since I'm down to 2 out of 4, I'm worried about losing the thing in the middle of an autocross or something. And yes, I'm too cheap to spring for the Whalen, etc.

Since I just installed my Whalen, I would be willing to sell you my stock one for a small token price. Make a small reasonable offer and I will probalby take it.

Mine has only been removed from the shifter once and now that I have the Whalen, it is just going to get lost once the kitty decides it is a toy for batting under the furniture.
