How to pop off driver's footwell panel?

I've been looking around for a DIY to guide myself through popping off the panel in the driver's foot well, to reconnect the bowden cable that is off. I can't find any guides though, if anyone has instructions please post them to me. Thanks!

The knee panel, or the kick panel/interior sill piece with the fuse cover?

Bowden cable... passenger side hood opener?

I had the driver's side interior sill piece out once a few years ago. I think you just start pulling, there are snap fittings, and perhaps one plastic pop rivet under the fuse panel cover. To get it all the way out you might have to undo the seat belt rail.
