Interior/Exterior Union Jack Decal on Boot

Looking for a decal I saw at RDR II. It was a union jack cut out to go around the mini logo on the boot. Know where to get one?

My best guess is that it is a regular UJ flag decal that has just been cut to fit over the MINI logo . . . .

At least that is what I would do if I wanted this mod.
