Hello all, We got rid of my wife's 06 2 years ago, and I really miss it. I found a local interchange yellow S with 22k miles on it. What things should I be looking for, as I am not as familliar with te turbo cars.

I just tradec my 2010. It was an absolute blast but I had jcw fever from almost day one. Never had any mechanical problems and the low mileage you're looking at probably has no issues unless it has been abused. I would just quiz the owner on service records and get a feel for how the car was driven. "Hey this car will spin the wheels in any gear" is about the only thing that would make me walk away.

 

I bought a 2010 Cooper S Convertible used and would highly recommend it. Try and get it checked out by a mechanic. Also, get a windblocker. They make a word of difference n comfort.

 

Bought ours new and love it. 2011 Interchange Yellow, only deal was a factory recall, and if/when you replace the tires, get the 3rd generation runflats (bridgestones). Lots of fun with "experts" trying to find the jack!!!!
