Nav. w/ Satellite Radio Question

Just purchased a 13' MC w/ mini connect and navigation. My wife and I are trying to figure out changing stations. The weird part is we've established our preset channels. Now it seems like in order to cycle through them on the steering wheel controls you have to be in the preset category in the radio. Problem with this seems to be you can't see the artist and song information when in this category. Are we doing something wrong?

Nope, that all sounds exactly right. In order to see the artist/song info you need to be in the AM, FM, Sat page. Only then will it show in a little orange box at the top of the screen.

When you're on your preset page it will only show the channels.

You also can only change between presets while on the preset page.

If you have the bluetooth option you can use the voice control to change stations/presets. I prefer to listen to sat radio but want the song info up so if I'm listening to Ch.2 and I want to listen to Howard I just press the voice control button and say "Channel 100". This is how I pretty much always change the station unless I'm just surfing.

Nope, no crazy. I really wish they'd add the RDS data to the presets page; I don't understand why it's not there. :(

Just noticed last night if I'm on Presets I can right toggle, then scroll down to station info and all the RDS song info is there. I can then move through my presets from the steering wheel while keeping the RDS info on the screen. Not sure if this is what you meant/needed.
