Well at the moment i'm in Hampton VA for a job interview tomorrow originally i'm from Erie PA...i've been driving around quite a bit but havent spotted any minis yet the past two days. Just looking for some new friends in case I do get this job and also I have questions on the surrounding areas and where me and my lady should move to. So far I love it here! Just haven't met anyone tried joining Hampton roads mini last weekbut still waiting to get approved by the moderator.

Got a couple apartments to look at today and then to the Newport news ship yard tomorrow for my interview! Hope to hear back from someone.

I ran with them for a few years b4 leaving the area in 2007 (I still appear in the member list) - more active then some groups. The local dealer is Checkered Flag MINI in Va Beach.

If you have any basic area ?'s PM me. I worked in downtown Norfolk and lived in Chesapeake near the 664 164 interchange (Western Branch area) - several neighbors worked at the shipyard in NN. I had some mighty fine routes for Sunday drives out to the west from where I lived!

 

Some of our members just returned from the annual Fall Colors Run in Monterey Va this evening including the moderators. Your request may have been missed because of the preparations for the this event but rest assured, you will not be ignored and welcomed to our great group.

Thank you just logged on to the site!! Its strange becuase i've tried logging on a couple times last week, I guess I probably type the wrong password. A little nervous about tomorrow hoping evrrything goes well. I really like the area and the people here seem friendly!

So far ive looked at apartments in Chesapeake and Hampton some Nice and some well not so Nice... Im thinking more towards Hampton at the moment.
