This is not a kit, but the factories most high performance package.
It just bothers me that someone who posts an ad for something that costs $4500 (or more) can't be bothered to proofread their ad copy... But maybe that's being picky.

Sounds like a good deal! For the price of just the JCW upgrade, you could get seconds on all of the non-JCW engine parts. The ECU alone would be worth close to a grand.

I wonder how many wrecked JCW-equipped MINIs are out there.

^ Assuming you have a 6 speed transmission and want to cut a hole in your hood for the intercooler (or get a MCS hood).

(Hummmm...I have to get me one of those "supercharged" transmissions that guy's advertising! )

Or stick with the cooper hood and get a water/air intercooler, or a front mount intercooler. In either case, that engine looks to be an easy swap into a Cooper. Has everything you need.

Sleeper.. sounds good to me!

That fellow with the crispy mini should hook up with this auction.

yea, JCW is over-rated. i would rather have a built cooper engine and turbo it.

Doesn't that JCW engine he is selling include the Transmission? It's still attached to the axle's in the Pic. It seems like the MINI get's to a "Totaled" state rather eaisily. I think we will see many more used engines/transmissions for sale.

NO, get a front mount intercooler so you dont need the ic intake. Makes sense?
