Hey, great pic!! Unfortunately here in SoCal, we don't have seasons. I do have a question though. Is that a grille badge I see on the front? If so, where did you get it and how easy is it to mount? Thanks!

Nice pics. Where did you take that. We don't have many season changes in Fl.

Just a Saturday morning in October in Southern Ontario. Our fall has been rather late this year, we were starting to wonder if the leaves were going to change at all.
As for the grill badge. It's the England grill badge that MossMINI sells. Looks great on the car too(the picture doesn't do it justice). The badge comes with 2 threaded rods that screw into the back of the badge and a small backing plate with 2 nuts. I also ordered the large backing plate that Moss offers. I don't have a good pic that shows it but the badge is actually raised from the grill so as not to scratch the chrome. Using the the extra backing plate I bought, and some extra nuts I found in my garage, I was able to make a pressure fitting that held the badge to the grill but off the grill at the same time. If this were something heavier I would have use another two nuts to lock the front nuts in place. Thought for this it should be fine.

Try http://www.cometproducts.com for more Grill Badges and other cool things.

My MINI S is scheduled for delivery tomorrow and I'm going to get Grill Badges Plus, they have some sew-on/iron-on emblems for a "motoring jacket", etc.

Hey wainair, thanks for the info and the drawing...it really helped. I'm going to probably order a grill badge when it gets closer to the time the car is coming (late-nov.). I have to say it would be nice to get some of those leaves on some trees down here in SoCal! Thanks again!
