Happy owner of a 2012 Countryman S. Love the car, and wondering if it pays to go with the extended maintenace program to 100,000 miles? I'll likely do that many miles in less than 5 years. Anybody pick up that option and have any regrets? Any advise would be appreciated.

i intend to keep the mini a long time

last vehicle 1997 gmc sonoma v6 5speed 4x4 extended cab, 288,000 miles and still going

i will probably run out the 100k miles before the 6 years

if i get brakes/rotors 3x, 11 oil changes, plugs once, air filters, wiper blades, etc i figure i am ahead

also, the extended maint pushes the roadside assistance out to 6 years
