Another Tulip run
The same weekend the Seattle clubs tulip run (April 17) there is a similar event going on in Woodburn.
"April 17 - 18
Wine, Art and Barbeque are what this weekend is all about. FREE wine tasting and a great time are planned for this weekend. Woodburn also kicks in this weekend with a parade and car show."
Use the llink to checkout the schedule. If you don't want to drive so far this might be another possibility.

"Tulpenschau"
Kim,
I plan on attending this event and have some suggestions. I live in Damascus and travel I205 and Hiway 212 every day. The Fred Meyer parking lot is small and hard to get into and out of. Across the street is another small Mall with more parking and is always less busy. Another option would be to meet up at the Home Depot off the Park Place exit. The road Home Depot is on would take you straight to the Clackamas river road which goes to Carver which is also on the road to Estacada. This option would get the group quickly to a great twisty road with little traffic on a Sunday. I drive this road often since its so close to home. This would be much more scenic than Hiway 212. Either way my wife and I plan to attend.
Thanks
Dan

I think the run on the 17th is not specifically for PDXMINI. On PDXMINI's website, it states:
"April 18th, Teulpenschau!!! Back road tour through Estacada to Monitor and the tulip fields. Meet-up at noon at Estacada Fred Meyer. $5/person entry fee. For further details, RSVP by 4/11/04 to events@pdxmini.org "
It should be the 18th, I hope. Otherwise, no show for me as I will be Toulen thru Tulips up in WA on the 17th.
