steering vibration during initial moment of acceleration or deceleration

I've noticed a slight vibration from the steering wheel during the initial moment of acceleration or deceleration (not braking, just letting off the gas); it only occurs for a split second then it is gone. It occurs at any speed. It's especially visually apparent when hands are off the steering wheel - the steering wheel vibrates slightly. There are no weird suspension noises and steering feels tight as it should be when turning left and right.

I am thinking a failed motor mount, but I don't see any leaks and the motor hardly moves (appears normal) when revving.. I am quite puzzled.

Any thoughts?

If it's not any of the motor mounts (top one esp. yes) you prob. just have early signs of you control arm bushings starting to wear out.
