AC issue's with my r53.

Ok so I have been doing a little research and ive read a few things trying to reseolve my issue. I just dont have enough time with working and my children to search forever. Heres what i have come to
2004 Mini Cooper S.
My compressor has power, checked it at plug.
My clutch spins as free as the day I got it.
I replaced my pressure sensor thinking this was the issue.. was not.
My ac is fully charged and while I was charging it I had a "STABILIZATION error" I erased issue an closed hi side and charged low side system. compressor still didnt turn.
Ive read that my low spead fan could cause this to not work. I have never heard my fan since i can remember i can hear high speed not low speed.
I also read f5 fuse needs power to work compressor.. dunno if this is true but i have zero power and when I just it I get no power to my climate control or dash lights. Ive checked switch and rechecked and switch every fuse and relay. Im lost. I dont want to put a compressor in and it not be the solution. Please help. I live in Vegas and if you know it's hot as hell here lol..Any advice is much appreciated/

You say the clutch spins, but the compressor doesn't turn. If I understand what you're saying, that would indicate the compressor clutch has gone out. You can replace just the clutch, or the whole unit.
The low speed fan not working wouldn't stop the compressor from spinning, but it's posited that the low speed fan going out hastens the demise of the compressor, as it can overheat in stop & go traffic. My low speed fan was out, and my compressor died.

My advice is the same. Sounds like the AC clutch has failed (won't engage the compressor via the pulley.) You can replace just the clutch (they have them at Rock Auto) or you can replace the whole unit.
You can see this thread for detail and diagnostics.
