Put in a new steering wheel, locked the column when i did it. Checked the wire harnesses and still no workie, any ideas. Do the switchs light up with the lights on? I dont remember. Horn works so i dont think clock spring. On a r53 gp.

 

Yes, they light up. Do the radio controls still work?

 

The radio controls didnt work when I got it, changed to a aftermarket radio and didnt hook up the control adapter yet, did find a broken wire for the radio control harness in the stg wheel but fixed it after the radio was out, does anyone know what wire on the clock spring has power? I pulled the wire connectors after it didnt work and reseated them. In theory it should work)

 

Long shot but is the fuse okay?

 

Is there a fuse? Didnt see one for it in the manual.

 

The steering wheel doesn't have its own fuse.
