I was wondering if anyone has approached his (or her) dealer and asked if they could trade in their run-flats for conventionals before the car was delivered?? If so, what was the cash difference?

 

You can get new tires from Discount/American Tire for about $450.00 to $475.00 out the door and keep your runflats or they will buy them from you so check it out before doing anything.

I had a change of heart on my wheels after the car was built but not yet delivered. I ordered the R83 5 spoke 16" runflats but wanted the 8-spoke 15's instead...a $600 difference less. My dealer wouldn't agree to swap them out with another vehicle from their inventory that had the wheels I wanted. I even suggested that I'd agree to spend the $600 difference on something else but they wouldn't budge.
