I am looking over my mail from a few months ago. I got a mail from Mini Cooper saying that my car qualified to be a part of the CEE testing for emission.

In return I get a brand new loaner and compensate some money?

I'm not sure what to make of this and if I should do it even it's even valid still.

 

If you're interested, simply make contact and see if it's still valid.
The worst they'll see is "no, the program has past"...
