rear fog light retrofit question

Hello, I have a 2012 MCS w/o the factory fog light option however it appears to me that the bulbs are already installed. After I get the coding via NCS or from the dealer, is all I need the toggle switch? Or do I need a new switch panel + switch? My current switch panel has a blank. Does anyone know how much the dealer would charge just to enable the rear fogs?

I have seen some reports where the dealer says it is not possible to reprogram. But i believe the NCS Experts here have found that it can be done. As to cost, if they will do it at least and hours labor probably so minimum of $150 or there about.

As for the parts it really is just a toggle that is needed. you can cut out the slot so the toggle will fit but then you have no markings on the panel as to what the switch is. From a looks stand point I would by the cover and the toggle.

And BTW there are a lot of threads on this subject over in the electrical section and you might get a lot more responses over there.

Good luck getting the dealer to code. Mine tried but they said they couldn't do it.
