Hello,

I am new to the board, and really hope you guys/girls can help me out. My daughter has a 2003 Mini Cooper with an interesting problem. She states that when she turned her ignition on this evening, her wind shield wipers came on once. Now they will not turn off. They are not on full speed, but more like a slow or intermittent speed. After doing some research, I am wondering if it is the rain sensor? I have played with all of the settings on the controls, and reset the the car's ECU. The problem persists. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Have you tried removing the fuse for the wipers?
