I upgraded the suspension on my 2010 MCS last year and these parts have been sitting in my basement ever since, and these left over parts are taking up space. You can have the springs and the sway bar for $100, or buy just the springs or just the sway bar for $60. They were on the car for about 35k miles, so they're not extremely used.
