Engine treatment ?

Would an engine treatment like mpt be beneficial for my R56-08 Cooper-45K miles? Just looking for opinions...Good idea - Bad idea...Thanks !

If using a quality synthetic oil that's a LL-01 approved fluid, that MPT additive isn't necessary.
