R56 Wheel help
Wheel help
I'm thinking about buying a set of XXR 527 rims but I don't know much about the wheel sizes on minis. I was wondering which option would be closest to stock ride/handling

1.) What do you intend to use the car for?
2.) You get 3 choices when you buy a wheel. Strong, light and cheap. The problem is you only get to pick 2 of the 3, and you have to add the word "NOT" in front of they one you didn't pick.
ie: strong and light = not cheap
strong and cheap = not light... Get the idea...
3.) What size wheels and tires are on the car now? You need something with an offset in the 35-42mm range.
OBTW those wheels are probably some crappy Chinese junk... Really? an 8.25" rim?

However the "closest" is 17x8.25 +25mm 4x100
for reference -
There were a couple of choices there with offset of 35mm, which might work.
but I mean, if you can't find a wheel that you like that actually fits on www.tirerack.com , you have issues...
