Overfilled Brake Reservoir?

A few weeks ago my dad changed my brake fluid for me, and today before a trip i'm takign tomomrrow, i checked the level, and its a good bit over the MAX line. everything' s been working fine, how worried should i be about it? I don't to track days or anything just normal everyday driving.
If i need to remove some, whats an easy way to suck some out?

Go to your local Wal-Mart, dollar store, etc, and purchase a turkey baster. Dip and remove excess as needed.

For a couple of dollars, I went to the nearest pharmacy and got a syringe. It was near the baby ear care stuff.
