I have the H/K system with Sat Nav, and want to replace the speakers and amp, and add a subwoofer. If I keep the H/K Head unit, will the voice on the Nav still work?

Also, what controls do I lose in the H/K head unit when I lose the H/K amp?

The HU is the same for H/K or normal US spec ("Boost&quot systems.
Your HU has no line level out, so your amp will need speaker level in.
The HK amp only has front speaker levels wired to it from the HU, so you will need to run rear speaker levels through the car for the new amp.

You will, of course, lose the H/K specific features - like the spatial/festival/etc mode select and the driver mode.

I cannot see why the nav voice will be affected, but I don't have it to check.
