Koni Yellow Shocks and NM Alpha Lowering Spring Review

I am writing this review here because people really dont check the review section of the website so i figured this would get more views being here.

I installed Koni Yellow shocks about 2 weeks ago along with NM Alpha Lowering springs. I love everything about this setup right now and this was exactly what I was looking for. Would of liked a lower drop but honestly anything lower would destroy my car with these roads in my area.

What I really like about the shocks and spring combo is the performance upgrade. I have the shocks set to be a little bit more stiffer than usual. This helps a lot cutting around the corners at a super fast speed. Theres nothing I have to say about these shocks and springs in the negative light. I went into this project with the idea I was going to sacrifice ride comfort for performance, because if you dont want to lose that comfort you may want to keep these bad boys on the softest setting then because you feeel everything ....

I give this set up a 9 out of 10.

If ya have any questions feel free to message me. Hope this can help when people decide whether to go the coilover route or shock and springs...

I'm about to install NM springs soon. I have the detailed ALTA DIY sheet with lots of pics from this forum, which looks very helpful.

One thing: in the reassembly part, the text is something like "reinstalling the front passenger side strut is a bear, just be patient with it". Do you have insight into what's meant by this? I haven't been under mine yet to eyeball it.

Thanks for any insights.
