Track day at New Jersey Motorsports

I just went a few days ago. It's my seventh (I think) track day, but this time I recorded video.

Here's the link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PY-kK...ature=youtu.be

My MINI was perfect for the track (mostly stock, rear sway bar, DIY negative front camber, and Star Specs). There were a lot of Porsches and Corvettes; people were asking me if I had a JCW or if I had the engine tuned. I enjoyed telling them it was pretty much stock.

Anybody else run their MINI at NJMP?

Yup.....but the regular course. No crummy chicane during my event...

I joined as a member (of Tracktime4cars.com). It's cost effective if you go 2 or more times.

It's $225 as a member if you sign up online in advance; $250 walkin.

Non-members pay $50 more ($275/300)

I was at Gingerman Raceway today, I have the same set-up, plus Carbotech XP10/XP8 pads. I've had a couple friends drive the car and they have all been amazed at how neutral the car is. Considering how little money I've put into it, this is a pretty damn good set-up for the track.
