After getting my recall notice about my 2007 MINI Cooper S, I called in and got an appointment to have the work completed. When I arrived this morning I was able to sit down with Dennis right away to check in. I asked that they do an all over check on my car just because track season is beginning soon and I want to make sure that everything is ok.

Turns out that I had some play in my steering and that some additional work needed to be done. Dennis explained it to me and I agreed to have the work done. I was only supposed to be there for an hour or so for the recall work but with their free wifi, drinks and snacks in the lounge it was easy for me to open my computer and get some work done while I waited.

Around 12:30 I was done and ready to go. My car was returned to me with a fresh wash and I was on my way. I even saved over $100 with my STLMINI discount.

Thanks Steve, Dennis and the rest of the gang at the service department for an awesome experience.

Now, if they could have just done something about this rain. My car needs to be washed again!

I had my 08 Clubman in a couple of weeks ago for the "fix" & a few other minor issues. I snacked, shopped & gabbed a bit Plus we have been working with Steve from service on an issue with our vintage 03. I can't say more about how pleased we have been Thanks, MINI of St Louis
