Was wondering if anyone has done or knows what need to happen to update from the 2004 Xenon housings to the 2006 Projector Xenon housings for the headlights????? Is there a difference in wiring or connectors? or can i just pop out my old ones and drop in the new ones???

 

Remove old, install new.

Does anyone know if you can you use the lens from a non xenon on a xenon?

I believe you should be able to so long as you're swapping the same generation lens. You would just have to swap the trim ring so that you have the headlight washer.
