while I replace an air filter.
while I replaced the air filter, I dropped a small magnetic screw thing in the hood. Is it gona be fine? I drove several miles and hopely it automatically drops it...

If it's magnetic, it'll probably still there.
Should be a problem if it's out of harms way.

Use one of those "claw" type extraction tools to reach and remove it.

If you were flying a jet fighter it would be a problem, a Mini not so much, it'll be fine.
