Not sure if this is the place for this topic, but here goes. I had my first oil change done on my 03 cooper yesterday. I purchased it from Classic in Cleveland but did not want to make the 3000 mile trip back there to get the oil changed. I had the choice of NW mini in Tacoma or Rasmussen Mini in Portland. I went with Portland due to them returning my email and phone calls along with a true interest in wanting to help. I must say they they were more than anything I expected, buying from a different dealer and all. Ann in service and Bill in parts were the best. They took all the time I needed to chat and learn so much about my car. They even let me chat with the service tech who was working on my car. He went over the oil fiter change with me telling me about how to change it. I even was albe to watch him work. Ann then took me out in the car with a hand held computer and went over all the options that could be done for day time driving lights, locking and unlocking,ect. Also, they did a had wash on the car, all at no charge.

I would say they are very good at what they do. I was happy with everyone I chated with and will be going back for all my Mini work. I will say there wait on ordering new cars is a bit long. 6-9 months so if I order a new one, back to Classic I will go.

I bought my Cooper from Rasmussen and they were the best! My motoring advisor, Amy Rasmussen was very helpful and kept us informed during the whole process. She returned calls and emails promptly. For the Pacific Nortwest, they are the better than Tacoma.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful experience! Ann is etremely helpful whenever I spoke to her over the phone. Finally, when I took my car in to program the alarm and fog light, I immediately noticed how courteous and friendly all the staffs are. Like you, I purchased my car from Classic and now will be servicing it at Rasmussen.
