Call Safelite, they can get OEM if needed.

 

My car has a Pilkington (UK based company). It's not all wavy like some aftermarket screens, and looks and fits factory. This was in the car when I got it, but I'd use one again if that's what the installer wants to go with.

also safelite and other national glass companies of the such source the work to local glass companies and you can haggle with these people. My dad had his 04 F-250 originally quoted at over $400 and we got it done for $250 with OE glass.
