JCW Strut Brace + Intake

Hello NAM Members

I've got some issue with my JCW Strut Brace and Intake

Lately I notice the Strut Brace is rubbing against the corner of my Intake during idle. I want to take it off my strut brace but I don't have a torque wrench to put it back on correctly.

Is this a common problem with the JCW intake and JCW Strut Brace?

You can see it created a silver marking on the intake already.

Any suggestion? Normal?

Thanks

The strut brace is adjustable as for as placement. The nuts on the outside of the long bar can be loosened to raise the bar a bit. Also make sure your air box is securely mounted.

I thought the JCW strut brace was designed to "Not" do this...

...something wrong with the setup/installation???

I have the JCW strut brace AND the JCW Stage 1 airbox. No fitment issues here. I have plenty of clearance.

@Slimjimtell

I was wondering if it's possible to take a picture?

I don't know what is wrong with my stupid intake. Arghhh...

The screw on the passenger side is in tightly...
