Comfort Access After Delivery?

Is it possible to add the comfort access feature (car senses present of the remote fob near/in vehicle) as an after delivery item?

I'm finding the basic functions on the remote fob a bit too limited.

The short answer is no.

Although, with enough money, I am sure that anything is possible.
