Mine rattles at times at idle. This is my second one. My question is... When these are unbolted and off the tensioner do they extend out and are hard to push in like a hood or hatch shock? The one I have on now you have to pull the arm out of the shock and its under pressure to push back in, but goes back in fairly easy. It does have pressure but not alot. I guess my question is while its off, Is the arm extended under pressure??? I do have the powerflex bushings in it.

 

Re-check your bushings if it rattles, mine is currently in the shop because one of the bushings apparently fell out, and I had it replaced less than a month ago.

 

Ok I checked my new powerflex bushings today and both are gone. I installed them about a month ago. How does this happen. A total waste of $50.00 I emailed way tonight after powerflexusa advised me to contact the seller. I could see them replacing a defective part but not a part that is completely gone, But we'll see. I guess my question is... Where do I find a stock bushing or whats the part number called where I can get this fixed. I'm making a 2000 mile trip in 2 weeks and I have to fix this problem before I drive it. Thanks to all...
