Need help from an 06 cooper S owner

I'm in Miami from Philly and was rear ended by a kid in a mustang (no insurance & no license) and pushed into a BMW 325.

I made the mistake of taking it to Vista BMW thinking that they would restore the car to its former good looks.

There are significant gaps in the alignment of the hood and bumper as well as the boot and rear bumper. They have been working on i for over a month.

Upon delivery last Tuesday
- 3 of the 4 wheel well trims were not put on correctly
- there was paint drippings on the rear bumper
- hood alignment had gaps the size of my thumb
- the left side of the hood was higher than the right side
- there were scrapes on the front bumper that were not repaired
- the rear heat shield that sits above the mufflers was mangled and not repaired
- other trim was misaligned
- rear fog cover was missing
- rear drivers side suspension boot was missing
- car was no cleaned

The collision manager Chris claims that I am expecting too much. I told him that his other customers don't expect enough.

He challenged me to show him another mini that was perfect like I had claimed mine to be. Well that is where I need some help from my south Florida Brethren. Please let me know if you can spare some time to ride over there with me and show them a perfect 06 side by side.

I want to show this pampas jerk that he needs to do a better job of repairing my MINI Cooper S Checkmate. I am open to other suggestions.

PM me.

I would go over his head, and contact the insurance company to see what they might be able to do.
