Wow. 500 HP Audi in a "Mini" size

Wow. 500 HP Audi in a "Mini" size

Some pretty impressive numbers for the subcompact Audi A1 Clubsport Quatro, which is about the same size as a mini. It does weigh more, but that is most attributable to AWD Quatro system and larger engine. Lots of cool goodies.


I sure wish Mini would make an AWD version of the R56.

Wow!

A "one-off" according to the article.

I hope they lend it to the Top Gear crew some day (the UK crew I mean).

Love to see the Stig try that one!

mini needs to be going foward with figuring how much hp/awd they could cram in the small area.

not a 3cyl engine

That's freaking sick! That thing would be just way too much fun. Not feeling those wheels though, but that's easy enough to fix.

Totally agree about the wheels. I am impressed with all the cool goodies on the car but baffled by their choice of wheels.
