So im selling my S-Lites and alot people on here and on VWVortex want to know a rough estimate of shipping, and i took one wheel wrapped up to UPS store and they said 73$ a wheel and i feel like theres no way i need to pay 292$ for shipping these, is there any place yall go to to ship something like this cheaper?

 

DHL seems to be cheapest for heavy stuff. Greyhound (as in the bus) will ship terminal to terminal which may be helpful depending on destination.

USPS seems not bad..

The UPS store has a hefty markup from standard UPS rates. I'd recommend that you go to UPS.com and calculate the rate. You can then register for a free account and pay online with a credit card.

For reference I did a 25lb pkg from central TX to a NJ residence and it was $29.90. After you have the shipping labels you can drop all 4 off at the UPS store (free) for a pickup.

 

Last I heard DHL does not deliver within the USA, they only deliver things coming into the US or going out. Try Fedex Ground, get a rate online and you can drop off at a fedex office or any fedex station
