Catless DP and resonator delete + WMW Catback too loud!

So for the sake of "more power" I decided to install my OBX cat-delete DP / straight mid-pipe along with my WMW cat-back. Now my car sounds like I am running open DP and the Vibrant muffler at the end barely muffles anything. Not to mention the loud drone and blast under boost between 2700rpm and up.

I've been looking at resonators since the Swift dyno day this past week and spoke to a few muffler shops and they all seem to agree that adding a resonator in-line will reduce the drone and dampen the noise a little but it will still be loud. How loud is the question and I am not about to spend $40-150 to experiment.

Anyone else with experience with a catless DP non-resonated set-up?
If all else fails, I am re-installing my stock DP/mid but only as a last resort.

I am running the Riss Racing DP (catless) with stock cat-back now. No drone. At WOT and above 3500 rpm very raspy and loud but otherwise it sounds almost like stock. I have been thinking about the invidia cat-back which there are some clips of combined with my DP on youtube. Seems to work well.

Yeah a buddy of mine has a catless DP mated to a stock midpipe/cat-back and when u get on it, its pretty loud but everywhere else its perfect, maybe a little too quiet.

Not too sound like a d**k but what did you expect? The catalytic converter hushes the exhaust note a lot on these cars. I'm running a catless downpipe, no resonator, to a Magnaflow muffler. There's a little drone at 2800 rpm, but otherwise it's tolerable to me. Sounds absolutely sick WOT.

I wouldn't even waste the time installing a resonator. It's going to make a negligable difference.

I realized that at least one person would point this out and yes, I'm guilty I guess I'm a bit more seasoned as I was expecting some noise dampening from the muffler in the system, its not a complete straight pipe from the turbo. 9 years ago, i would've loved to keep this set-up and the kid in me is starting to like the noise but I think in day-to-day driving, I'd like to muffle it down to where it was prior to catless and non-resonated.

I guess my answer is to go back to stock DP/midpipe. I was just hoping that someone with a very similar set-up has experience with a resonator/muffler combo that didn't rob power and didn't cause an all-out ruckus.
