Which dealer for checking possible radiator leak?

My car is not even 2 years old so it is under the warranty. I have written about a possible radiator leak because my coolant level was only 1/2 inch in the coolant resevoire tank.

I bought my car at Irvine Mini. Would I get better treatment if i take my car to check it out there since I bought it there?

Crevier Mini is closer to home. Should I just go there instead?

Thanks

Some dealers treat customers who bought there better than others. For example some dealers will give a service loaner if you bought there, but not otherwise. So the answer is maybe ... in terms of some perks.

Either way, dealers make more money via the service department then they do selling cars (not my words, but told to me by a sales manager of a MINI dealer, part of a large multi-brand dealership) so you won't be poo-poo'd by the new place if they see a potential for future $$$ - let them know you are searching for a new home.

Unless there was some strong reason to go to where you purchsed I'd go to the closer - boy I wish I had two dealers close enuf to even think about it . . .
