Clutch pedal arm hitting hard line from master cylinder making a click

Sorry for the wordy title, but hopefully this will help others in the future.

I've now had the car for about three months. Over the last few weeks, I've noticed a distinct, metallic, click when pushing clutch in. It was in the cabin and I've lived with it thinking it's the switch that is used to determine if car can be started etc...

It's gotten louder over the weeks so I crawled under yesterday. Turns out either the clutch pedal arm is flexing, it's mount is flexing, something is broken - can't really tell, not much wiggle. But what is happening is that the back of the arm itself is striking the hard hydraulic line of the master cylinder and this is the click I hear. If I push clutch pedal in at an angle from outside inward, it bypasses it and all is silent.

If this is an adjustment type thing, I'd rather just do it myself, my dealer is a decent haul away from me.
