I only went there to get new wipers. I live about 5 miles from them. Most of the people working there used to work at the BMW dealer accross the street. The sales staff doesn't now a damn thing about the MINI and I wasn't that impressed with the service department but they did take care of what I needed. I will continue to take my car to Princeton.

I had to get a part from their service dept since prestige didnt have it cause i requested it on demand. I asked a simple question and the gentlemen talked down to me as if asking a "knowledgeable" person a question was illegal. Come to prestige its a reaaaaaal family up here !!

Princeton Mini is my dealer of choice. When we went there to see the color we wanted, Couldn't get an MA to help unless we were buying right then and there. When we finally got someone, he did not know his product. We made up our minds to go to Princeton and haven't regret it. Our MA, Alex is extremely patient and knowlegable. I also inquired about service, not while at the dealership and was told it is outstanding.

Don't know about service but I bought my '11 MCSa there in mid March 2011. I had no problem attracting a salesperson while I was looking over the SO MCSa that I ended up purchasing. I had purchased my previous three MINIs from Princeton and intended to purchase the fourth one there also but they never had a SO MINI in stock for me to view the color up close and personal. Even though I told the salesperson that I would be purchasing from Princeton he hung in there and persuaded us to buy from him.
