The idea of using clear vinyl film to protect paint from chips seems like a good one. I'd assumed the cost would be fairly high, but did some searching and came up w/ the subject company's product which seems quite affordable. However, they state on their web page installation is NOT easy and their how-to video seems to bear that out. I was curious if any of you have tried this particular brand of film kit and, if so, how difficult was it to install? I'd be interested in hearing from any of you who have installed other brands of protective fim to your MINI's bumper and/or hood fro your take on installation.
