Hi all, we are looking for a 2008/09 Clubman S with a manual around here, and not over $20K. Where would be the best place to start - any Omaha dealers, Kansas City, etc?

Welcome to the MINI fold.
Your best bet is to look at the dealer first. Omaha at Markel of KC at Baron MINI would be another.
When I saw your post I did a search on Autotrader.com and found 3 with manual transmissions for sale withing 300 miles.

price ranges on the above 5 listed run from 18-23K
There is one on the inventory at MINI of Omaha however, it is automatic.
