Re-barrel 3 piece wheels

Anybody here know where I can get 3 piece wheels re-barreled, new outer rings made ?
I'm near Seattle, so the closer the better.

They are 15" Epsilon wheels, currently on my E21 BMW. They are currently staggered 15x9 & 15x7, I'm thinking about making them all 15x8 for my MCS.

I was going to recommend Memoryfab but I can not get ahold of them.

Has anyone been able to communicate with Memoryfab? I have e-mailed, phoned and texted with no response.
