clubman upgrade...changed fronts, add sub, what next ?

i put jl audio speakers in the doors, and an infinity basslink in the boot.
for my next upgrade, i feel like i need a separate amp for the fronts...i usually run the stock head unit pretty close to full volume, and it's all distorted.
i guess my question is what to do about those rears ?
should i do the harness/bass swap thing in this scenario ?
is it worth replacing the rear speakers as well ?

please help, audio gurus!

personally i would forget about the rears all together fade them out. nice 2 channel amp on the fronts.

Vibe litebox 2 channel would work great ( i have installed a bunch of the litebox amps and they great)

compact size, high level inputs, and auto sensing remote turn on it doesnt get much easier

thanks for the response !
the sub is tied in to the rear fader, so maybe just disconnect the 6x9s, add an amp to drive the doors, and still do the swap so the sub gets lower than 100hrz ?

thanks again for the advice,
